We embark in for our beautiful pilgrimage trek as you arrive at Kathmandu valley followed by sightseeing around culturally affluent world heritage sites in Kathmandu valley. We take 200kms comfortable drive to scenic lake city Pokhara. On the very next day we board short domestic flight to Jomsom which is also known as gateway to district of Mustang. Trekking activity initiates slowly as we head towards magnificent Kagbeni. Kagbeni gives us the feeling of trekking around Tibetan highlands both topographically and culturally. Trekking along banks of Kali Gandaki river banks named after goddesses Kali. It is prime site where centuries old fossils are discovered. The holy place where it is believed to be salvation point or Muktinath temple is reached if we take bath on 108 water sprouts over there. As we trek further, the route carries us to Tatopani, natural hot spring site where we will be relaxing and getting reenergized. Jomsom Muktinath trek also takes us to the famous site Ghorepani and Poonhill to witness never seen before panoramic sunrise views over the Annapurna Himalayan range. We descend towards Pokhara valley and finally drive back to Kathmandu valley.
This trek can be joined any time of the year because the region is in rain shadow area. It implies this area receives very less rainfall. However, the months from March to May and middle September to early December is regarded as best season for this trekking adventure.
